Jay-Z & Beyoncé Could Be Dropping $120M On Bel-Air Mansion

Jay-Z and Beyoncé are coming off the birth of their twins and they're potentially looking for a new place to bring them home to.

TMZ is reporting that a gargantuan Bel-Air is being secretly shopped around the real estate community in California and word on the street is that Jay and Bey may be the lucky buyers. It comes with a hefty price tag too: the couple are reportedly paying anywhere between $90 million and $120 million for the property.

Supposedly, the power couple have also stretched their budget for this home too, with previous reports indicating that they didn't want to pay upwards of $80 million for any one home. However, with a layout that features 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, multiple pools and a recording studio all spread out over 30,000 square feet, this budget-buster might be worth it in the end.
